FINLAND, THE ONLY NATION WHERE HORSE IS HORSE AND PORK IS PORK?

I write also a cooking book blog, Ethnic Cook Book for Primitive tastes, because cooking and eating well, has  always been  near to  my heart. My diet has always been versatile, lot of fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables and not so much meat, maybe twice a week. All what we eat in our family is mostly fresh or sometimes frozen, but only few times there is the " large scale industry's processed product" option.I consider our family healthy, because of that we never chose  that precooked easy-food alternative. Also I have followed Finnish food industry's opinions during this European horse meat crisis. In Finland horse meat is highly valued and it is more expensive than pork, so there has never been any reasons to mix it with other meat. Also I have noticed that in my old home country ,the food industry is advertising, that in our products "no E-code additives", and it sells better at least in Finland.I have noticed recently that Saarioinen company has also started this chemical free product delicatessen brand.

Eating fresh and not pre-processed is the healthiest option.
