I have had all the time problems with the European Mega Companies operating in Spain, mostly with those selling services on telecommunication and postal field. To do a reclamation concerning consumption should be all man's right. Only at the moment I can compare two nations, Spain and Finland together, with a totally different culture and possibilities to do a reclamation.Only what I can say for sure , is when I compare, what is happening, if a Mega Company sells products or services , which have a defect, there is always a solution in favor for the consumer in Finland. You can imagine what kind of alternatives a Spanish consumer has, when the only reliable organization ask money for it, like my title shows. In Spanish it is: Pruebanos durante 2 meses por solo 2€, and translated : Try us for 2 months only 2€.
I remember from the past when OCU recommended the big industry meat (sausage) products against the Spanish artisan not controlled fresh sausages. My heart is always with ethnic food and small Spanish companies ,which are the Real Flavor of Iberian Peninsula, and who knows to differ horse from pork.
